Thanks so much for the hospitality you and your staff showed to the Cochran Fellows this year. As you know, the group was made up of restaurant owners and senior level managers of restaurant companies from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Peru. The group attended seminars led by our faculty and completed field visits throughout the Greater Lafayette area in addition to Indianapolis and Chicago. Thanks for a great dinner that closed the program—the group appreciated the beautiful setting and the great food and service.
